Best "By the hour" hotel of 2008 →

Congratulations “Liberty Inn.” I was completely shocked by their website. It looks so nice and they have champagne room service and special “romantic rendezvous” rooms. I always pictured by the hour hotels as totally gross and full of crackheads. New York will always surprise me. And always kind of gross me out a little.
